NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY PLAYING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

  1. Eligibility:  Margaritaville Vacation Club Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 28 years of age or older (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize or receiving a reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

    Margaritaville Vacation Club is operated by Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc. and is not affiliated with Margaritaville at Sea. Both MARGARITAVILLE VACATION CLUB and MARGARITAVILLE AT SEA are registered trademarks of, and used under licenses from, Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC. Margaritaville at Sea, Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC and other merchants represented are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes or the seller of any vacation ownership product.

  3. Sweepstakes Periods and Entry Pools:  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 12, 2025, and ends on at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 12, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period consists of 52 weekly entry periods and reward pools, 12 monthly entry periods and reward pools, and one (1) Grand Prize entry period and prize pool (each, an “Entry Period”).
    1. Weekly Entry Periods - The weekly Entry Periods each begin on at 12:00:01 AM ET on Monday and end at 11:59:59 PM ET the following Sunday of each week during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Weekly Entry Period”), except that the last Weekly Entry Period is reduced by two days and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Friday, June 12, 2026. All entries received in any Weekly Entry Period will be entered into that Weekly Entry Period’s weekly random drawing pool (each, a “Weekly Entry Pool”).
    2. Monthly Entry Periods - The monthly Entry Periods each begin at 12:00:01 ET on the 1st day of the month and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the month (each, a Monthly Entry Period), except for the first Monthly Entry Period, which begins at 12:00:01 ET on June 12, 2025. All entries received in any Monthly Entry Period will be entered into that Monthly Entry Period’s monthly random drawing pool (each, a “Monthly Entry Pool”).
    3. Grand Prize Entry Period - The Grand Prize Entry Period corresponds to the Sweepstakes Period. All entries received during the Grand Prize Entry Period will be entered into the Grand Prize random drawing pool (the “Grand Prize Entry Pool”).
  4. How to Enter: There are three (3) methods of entry into this Sweepstakes:
    1. Website Experience & Registration: To enter via this method of entry, visit https://mgvcgiveaway.com or (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and spin a wheel that shows the potential number of entries available to win/receive. To enter, each entrant must register on the Website by entering their mobile phone number and opt-in. Sponsor will then text a link containing validation questions to the mobile number provided and the entrant must complete and submit the validation questions. Upon submitting the validation questions, the entrant will earn 50 entries into the applicable Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) Website Registration per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
    2. QR Code & Registration: To enter via this method of entry, scan the Sweepstakes QR code at any Wyndham location or at a Wyndham-Sponsored event during the Sweepstakes Period, which will lead to the Website (defined in Official Rule 4 a). Once at the Website, spin the wheel that shows the potential number of entries available to win/receive. To enter, each entrant must register on the Website by entering their mobile phone number and opt-in. Sponsor will then text a link containing validation questions to the mobile number provided and the entrant must complete and submit the validation questions. Upon submitting the validation questions, the entrant will earn 50 entries into the Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) QR Code Registration per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
    3. Online Entry Form:To enter via this method of entry, without visiting a Wyndham location or Wyndham-Sponsored event, visit https://mgvcamoe.com, to find, complete and submit the online entry form to receive fifty (50) entries into the Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) entry via this method of entry per person.
  5. Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Random Drawings:   There will be 52 weekly Reward recipients to be selected in 52 random drawings (one per Weekly Entry Period); 12 monthly Reward recipients to be selected in 12 random drawings (one per Monthly Entry Period); and one (1) Grand Prize winner to be selected in the Grand Prize random drawing. The weekly random drawings will occur each Monday during the Sweepstakes Period. The monthly random drawings will occur on the 1st business day of each month during the Sweepstakes Period. And the Grand Prize random drawing will occur on or about Friday, June 12, 2026. Each winner will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period by Administrator. All non-winning entries from any Entry Pool WILL roll over to subsequent Entry Pools. Each potential winner or reward recipient will be notified by email on or about the day of the applicable random drawing. The potential winners or reward recipients must respond to the winner or reward recipient notification email message within 24 hours of time sent or will forfeit their right to the Prize or Reward and the Prize or Reward may then be awarded to an alternate winner or reward recipient, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting. The potential Monthly and Weekly Reward recipients will receive an email notification with instructions on how to redeem their Reward. The potential Grand Prize winner will then be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within 7 days of issuance, or Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Potential Grand Prize winner will also be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of the prize) along with a Winner Release and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and return it by the date specified by Sponsor in the notification, or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and another potential winner may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize winners will be issued a 1099 for the actual value of the prize for the calendar in which the prize is awarded.

    THE POTENTIAL WINNERS AND REWARD RECIPIENTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

  6. Sweepstakes Odds:   Odds of winning the Grand Prize or receiving a Reward depend on the number of eligible entries received in each applicable Entry Period.

  7. Prizes, Rewards, and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”) – One (1) Grand Prize - A 7-night Resort Stay for four (4) people (“Resort Stay”), a 7-night Margaritaville at Sea Islander cruise for two (2) people (“Cruise”), and a $2,000 Airfare voucher from Reward Link (“Airfare Voucher”). The Resort Stay consists of 7-night consecutive accommodations in a Studio or One Bedroom unit with maximum occupancy of four (4) (depending on availability) at any one (1) of the following Winner-selected Margaritaville Vacation Club Resorts: Atlanta; Desert Blue Las Vegas; or St. Thomas. (each, the “Destination”). Resort Stay must be used by 6/12/2027, or will be forfeited in its entirety. Once made, all travel dates are final. All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor through a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes. The Cruise will be awarded via a cruise e-voucher that is redeemable for the cruise fare for a seven (7) night cruise for two (2) passengers in one interior stateroom aboard Margaritaville at Sea Islander. This E-Voucher may not be applied to single staterooms. Third and fourth guests, if any, in a stateroom must pay full applicable retail rate for cruise fare. Guest completing the booking must be 18 or older at the time of sailing. Reservations can be made by calling (800) 814-7100. To ensure we can accommodate your party, please have a backup sailing date in case your first choice is not available. Requested sailing dates are subject to availability. E-Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Upgrades are subject to availability and may be purchased at prevailing consumer direct rates by the consumer directly from Margaritaville at Sea. E-Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issuance. E-Voucher is not combinable with any other promotions, group discounts or other discounts. E-Voucher does not include taxes, fees and port expenses, gratuities, service charges, shore excursions, onboard expenses or supplement charges. There is an additional charge of $700 per cabin on limited holiday sailings. YOU MUST PAY THE FOLLOWING TAXES, FEES AND EXPENSES TO USE THIS ITEM. Guests are responsible for taxes, fees, and port expenses that range from $150 to $205 (subject to change) and are dependent on itinerary and sailing date, and holiday charges due at the time of booking. All amounts paid by Purchaser to Company are nonrefundable. Transportation to/from the Port is the responsibility of the guest. Parking and items purchased onboard are also the responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for ensuring they bring proper immigration documentation to the pier. Guests denied boarding due to lack of proper CBP documentation, i.e.: passport, birth certificate, etc., will not have the option of moving to a future date. Reward Link is issued to Grand Prize winner without charge for loyalty, award, or promotional purposes, and is not sold to consumers. Reward can only be redeemed by the Grand Prize winner; Reward cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. All redemptions are final. Reward Link balances from different programs cannot be combined. Use of this Reward constitutes acceptance of the Reward Link terms of service. Separate terms and conditions apply after Reward Link redemption based on merchant selected for redemption.     All expenses not specifically listed in these Official Rules (including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidental charges, additional baggage fees and hotel fees) are sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize Winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Trips are non- transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. If winner decides to take less than four (4) people on the Resort Stay or not to bring a guest on the Cruise, no credit or refunds will be awarded. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Winner’s guests (or their parent/legal guardian if any guest is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence), must complete and return a liability and publicity release within the time period specified. Valid credit card and government identification required upon hotel check-in. Additional air carrier baggage charges are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Any optional service fees including seat selection, meals, and drinks are not included and are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.

    Trips must be taken by June 12, 2027, or will be forfeited in its entirety. Once made, all travel dates are final. All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor through a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Valid credit card and government identification required upon Resort Stay and Cruise check in. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

    Twelve (12) Monthly Rewards (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period) -A 4-night Margaritaville at Sea Islander Cruise, awarded via a cruise e-voucher that is redeemable for a cruise fare for a four (4) night cruise for two (2) passengers in one interior stateroom aboard Margaritaville at Sea Islander. E-Voucher may not be applied to single staterooms. Third and fourth guests, if any, in a stateroom must pay full applicable retail rate for cruise fare. Guest completing the booking must be 18 or older at the time of sailing. Reservations can be made by calling (800) 814-7100. E-Voucher does not include taxes, fees and port expenses, gratuities, service charges, shore excursions, onboard expenses or supplement charges. There is an additional charge of $400 per cabin on limited holiday sailings. YOU MUST PAY THE FOLLOWING TAXES, FEES AND EXPENSES TO USE THIS ITEM. Taxes, fees and port expenses of $114 per guest (subject to change) are due at the time of booking. Guests are also responsible for $72 per person in gratuities and supplements (subject to change) and holiday charges are due at the time of booking. All amounts paid by Purchaser to Company are nonrefundable. Transportation to/from the Port is the responsibility of the guest. Parking and items purchased onboard are also the responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for ensuring they bring proper immigration documentation to the pier. Guests denied boarding due to lack of proper CBP documentation, i.e.: passport, birth certificate, etc., will not have the option of moving to a future date. Limit one (1) Monthly Reward recipient per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

    Fifty-two (52) Weekly Rewards (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period) - A $100.00 Margaritaville digital voucher valid at participating Margaritaville and Landshark locations (“Digital Voucher”), and a 2-night Margaritaville at Sea Islander Cruise, awarded via a cruise e- voucher that is redeemable for a cruise fare for a two (2) night cruise in an interior stateroom for two (2) guests only from Port of Palm Beach to Grand Bahama aboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise (“Cruise”). Digital voucher can be used in either the restaurant or retail but cannot be used in both restaurant and retail and will not receive change for unused balance. 18% gratuity will be added to all restaurant purchases. Digital voucher has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be redeemed in one single visit. Cruise E-Voucher may not be applied to single staterooms. Third and fourth guests, if any, in a stateroom must pay full applicable retail rate for cruise fare. Guest completing the booking must be 18 or older at the time of sailing. There is an additional charge of $200 per cabin on limited holiday sailings. YOU MUST PAY THE FOLLOWING TAXES, FEES AND EXPENSES TO USE THIS ITEM. Taxes, fees and port expenses of $109.95 per guest and are subject to change. Guests are also responsible for $18 per person per day in gratuities (subject to change) and fuel supplement of $15 per person per day (subject to change) and holiday charges are due at the time of booking. All amounts paid by Purchaser to Company are nonrefundable. Transportation to/from the Port is the responsibility of the guest. Parking and items purchased onboard are also the responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for ensuring they bring proper immigration documentation to the pier. Guests denied boarding due to lack of proper CBP documentation, i.e.: passport, birth certificate, etc., will not have the option of moving to a future date. In the event the e-voucher is not used within the 12-month expiration period, the Reward will be forfeited and go unawarded. Limit one (1) Weekly Reward Recipient per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

    General Prize and Reward Conditions and Restrictions: The Grand Prize and Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize and Rewards are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prize or reward, except Sponsor may substitute the Grand Prize or a Reward, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize and Rewards are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The Grand Prize and Reward details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total ARV of the Grand Prize and Rewards for the Sweepstakes is $49,309.00 - $54,169.00.

  8. Entry Conditions and Release:   By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
  9. General Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prize and any unclaimed rewards in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prize or rewards at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prize or reward claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes or rewards described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  10. Limitations of Liability:   The Sweepstakes Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, rewards claims, the announcement of the prizes or rewards, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize or reward (including any travel or activity- related thereto). If for any reason an entry or game play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrants sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Sweepstakes, provided that the Sweepstakes has not been terminated.
  11. Disputes/Governing Law:   Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize or Reward, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prize or Rewards) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
